Carpoint unveils racing-inspired virtual tuning for Dacia Spring

German tuner Carpoint GmbH has released virtual renderings of a radical ‘hot-hatch’ transformation for the new Dacia Spring electric vehicle. The concept design, inspired by racing aesthetics, features aggressive aerodynamic elements including an oversized front splitter, canards, wide fender extensions, and a large rear wing reminiscent of touring car racing.

The visual redesign includes lowered suspension, redesigned side skirts, and significantly larger wheels paired with oversized brake discs and red calipers. While the exterior is reimagined to look like a track-ready vehicle, the concept retains the standard factory powertrain, which produces 80 HP and 175 Nm of torque, with a 0-100 km/h acceleration time of 12.1 seconds.

As the new generation of the Dacia Spring has not yet reached European dealerships, these modifications currently exist only as digital renderings. However, given Carpoint’s history of developing REDUST packages for the Dacia Duster, there is speculation regarding whether these designs could eventually become a physical assembly kit.
