Carré exits judicial reorganization after local rescue
French agricultural machinery manufacturer Carré has officially exited judicial reorganization proceedings following a 15-month observation period. The company, which specializes in soil cultivation tools, was saved by a group of local entrepreneurs who formed a holding company named Racine. This group now holds 10% of Carré's capital.
Carré had previously faced financial difficulties due to the European economic crisis, rising energy costs, and the suspension of a partnership with a Ukrainian importer. To drive future growth, the company plans to expand its export operations and increase industrial subcontracting, working with partners such as Toyota, Liebherr, and Manitou.
