Carrù to host “Sorsi in Villa” to launch Sagra dell'Uva 2026

The town of Carrù will host the inaugural “Sorsi in Villa” event on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the historic Villa Perotti. This free event is designed to officially launch the 2026 Sagra dell'Uva calendar.

The evening will begin at 18:30 with the presentation of the upcoming Sagra dell'Uva schedule, followed by a free tasting of wine and gastronomic specialties from six local producers at 19:15. A buffet featuring traditional Carrù flavors will be provided through a collaboration between the “I Piaceri di Carrù” restaurant group and the local Pro Loco.

Organizers, including local Councilor Nicolò Bono, aim to use the event to showcase the territory's heritage and support local producers. The initiative is supported by the Slow Food Langhe Dogliani Carrù and Slow Food Monregalese branches, which are expected to announce a prominent guest from the wine and culture sector in the coming days. Musical entertainment will be provided by Francesco Perotti, Roberto Ballauri, and a DJ set by Gabriele Judici.
