Carrefour relaunches mobile service in France with loyalty rewards

Carrefour has relaunched Carrefour Mobile in France, offering three no-commitment mobile plans utilizing the Orange network. The new plans include 20 GB for €6.90, 130 GB for €10.90, and 300 GB for €14.90 per month. A key feature of the service is a loyalty integration where customers receive monthly credits—ranging from €1 to €3 depending on the plan—added to their Club Carrefour loyalty accounts to be spent on groceries.

In response to the launch, Auchan Telecom has adjusted its offerings for Waaoh! cardholders. Auchan provides direct monthly discounts of €2 on select plans, such as a 20 GB plan for €5.99 and a 130 GB plan for €8.99, using the Bouygues Telecom network. While Carrefour focuses on grocery shopping credits, Auchan offers immediate reductions in the monthly mobile bill.
