Carrello Int seeks full takeover of Croatian builder Tehnika

Zagreb‑based investment vehicle Carrello Int, which after a capital increase now holds 204,418 shares (51.26 %) of construction firm Tehnika, announced a bid to acquire all remaining ordinary shares of the company. The offer will be made once approval is received from the Croatian Financial Services Agency. In response, the Zagreb Stock Exchange suspended trading of Tehnika’s shares until 11:05 a.m. to give investors time to assess the information. Tehnika reported 2023 revenues of €48.23 million and a net profit of €5.1 million. Carrello Int operates as an SPV with no employees, posted €82.31 k revenue and €48 k net profit last year. Among its owners are former economy minister Davor Filipović, who chairs Tehnika’s supervisory board, and Tehnika director Marin Štenglin.
