Carrie Coon joins Rebecca Ferguson and Greta Lee in Honeymoon/Funeral

The romantic comedy Honeymoon/Funeral, currently filming in London, has added Carrie Coon to its cast. Coon, known for her roles in The White Lotus and The Leftovers, will play Sarah, the ex-fiancée of one of the lead characters.

The film stars Rebecca Ferguson and Greta Lee. The plot follows two women who meet on a flight from Los Angeles to London. Ferguson portrays a woman traveling alone for her honeymoon after being left at the altar, while Lee plays a woman returning home for her mother’s funeral. The two characters spend a week together in London.

Directed by Nahnatchka Khan and written by Julia Bicknell, the production is financed by MRC. Jennifer Carreras and Khan are producing through their Fierce Baby banner, with Bicknell also serving as a producer. FilmNation Entertainment is managing worldwide sales for the project.
