Various criminal and accidental incidents reported in Argentina and Spain

Several criminal and accidental incidents have been reported across various regions. In Santo Tomé, Argentina, a man between 20 and 30 years old was found dead near Route 19. Investigators suspect he died from electrocution while attempting to steal underground cables, as he was found holding a cable with a knife nearby.
