Carson Daly attends Project Healthy Minds gala in NYC

Carson Daly attended the Project Healthy Minds gala in New York City on October 8 alongside his wife, Siri Pinter, and three of their children. Daly serves on the board of directors for the non-profit, which aims to reduce barriers to mental health services and close treatment gaps ahead of World Mental Health Day.

During the event, Daly discussed his advocacy work and his personal history with generalized anxiety disorder. He emphasized the organization's mission to make accessing mental health care as straightforward as making a reservation.

Daly also spoke about his professional life and personal wellness, noting that the chemistry among the 'Today' show hosts is genuine, though much of their bond occurs behind the scenes. He shared that he manages a hectic schedule and sleep apnea through routines including exercise and the use of a CPAP machine.
