Cartagena hosts third culinary event focused on bluefin tuna

The third edition of the “Cartagena con Sabor a Mar” gastronomic workshops will take place on Monday, October 26, at the SPAR cooking space in Cartagena. Organized by Hostecar in collaboration with the Cartagena City Council, the event aims to highlight the region's culinary richness and local seafood products.

Chef Justo Fernández from the restaurant Alviento will lead a live cooking demonstration featuring bluefin tuna, a central ingredient for this edition. The presentation will showcase the versatility of the fish, ranging from traditional recipes to innovative culinary techniques. The event is free to the public until capacity is reached.
