Cartier unveils Le Chœur des Pierres jewelry collection in Kyoto

Cartier unveiled the second chapter of its ‘Le Chœur des Pierres’ high jewelry collection at the Kyoto National Museum in Japan. The event featured 46 new pieces, including the Stellara necklace, which features a 41-carat Ceylon sapphire.

The debut was attended by various high-profile figures, including Jisoo, director Sofia Coppola, and Japanese actresses Mio Imada, Nanako Matsushima, and Haruka Ayase, alongside actors Ryo Yoshizawa and Kento Kaku. The collection emphasizes the color, form, and individual character of gemstones, with the jeweler aiming for a total of 250 pieces by the third chapter's release in Hawaii next year.

To complement the jewelry presentation, the evening included a Kabuki dance performance by Hayato Nakamura and a menu by Chef Motoi Maeda, which utilized seasonal Japanese ingredients prepared with French culinary techniques.
