Real estate developer Carvalho Hosken is celebrating 75 years, marked by a significant land bank in the Barra da Tijuca neighborhood. CEO Carlos Felipe de Carvalho reports that the company holds approximately eight million square meters of land yet to be developed, a stock he estimates will sustain operations for the next four decades.

Following the legacy of founder Carlos Fernando de Carvalho, the company focuses on large-scale urban planning and the concept of planned neighborhoods.
