Carvimax has officially launched a new digital platform in El Salvador designed to increase transparency and reduce fraud in the buying and selling of new and used vehicles. The platform aims to mitigate risks such as scams and legal uncertainties by verifying both the identity of sellers and the legal status of vehicles through the Public Vehicle Registry.

Key features of the service include identity verification, a protected chat environment, and access to vehicle history reports for imported units. The platform also facilitates financial services by allowing users to manage credit and insurance through established banking and insurance partners.

Carvimax offers three subscription tiers for users: a free basic plan, a $9.99 plus plan, and a $19.99 premium plan. The service covers various vehicle types, including automobiles, motorcycles, and pick-ups.
