Carvolix obtains €30 million structured debt financing

French medical‑technology company Carvolix (formerly Affluent Medical) announced a structured debt financing transaction of up to €30 million with Claret Capital Partners. The deal includes up to €20 million of senior secured convertible bonds, up to €10 million of senior secured amortised bonds and warrants valued at €1.152 million, with the maximum dilution capped at 8.6% of existing share capital.

The first tranche of €10 million in convertible bonds has been drawn immediately. The funds are earmarked for commercialisation, industrialisation and market‑access efforts for Carvolix’s AI‑driven mini‑robots, notably the Tavipilot robot (which has received FDA approval) and the Kalios implant platform.
