Casa 47 offers affordable rental housing in Comunitat Valenciana

The Casa 47 program has launched a call for 398 affordable rental housing units across more than twenty municipalities in the Comunitat Valenciana. Monthly rents for these properties range from 350 to 1,066 euros, depending on the specific municipality and the characteristics of the unit. The available homes vary in size from 30 to 160 square meters.

In the provinces of Castellón and Alicante, the average rent is approximately 6.43 euros per square meter, while in Valencia, it reaches 7.07 euros per square meter. To qualify, applicants must be Spanish nationals or legal residents in Spain and cannot own another property. Eligible households must demonstrate combined annual net incomes between 16,800 and 63,000 euros, which corresponds to between 2 and 7.5 times the IPREM.

Interested parties must submit their applications online through the Casa 47 portal by September 21. The program is open to various household compositions, including families, couples, or groups of friends living together. Final adjudications will be determined by a lottery system.
