In San Luis Province, Argentina, the Ministry of Government delivered institutional kits and advisory support to five school cooperatives in La Toma and La Totora under the "Cooperadora Activa" program, which seeks to increase family involvement in schools.

The Cabildo of Lanzarote premiered a documentary that showcases the island’s long‑standing associative fabric and the impact of citizen groups on social development.

Several Argentine municipalities launched free training initiatives: Escobar signed a cooperation agreement with Plaza Logística to offer logistics courses; Bolívar opened enrollment for a free caregiver‑training program; Ituzaingó’s Center for Labor Training announced free digital‑marketing and protocol courses; and the SUM of the Tradición neighbourhood organized free sports, dance, yoga and other community activities.

Cultural events were staged across the region: the Casa de la Cultura in Ipiales, Colombia presented the play "Entre pétalos y páginas"; a theatre group performed "Vecinas Mágicas" in Curarú, Argentina; community art workshops transformed Quito’s Plaza del Teatro in Ecuador; and a documentary premiere in Arrecife, Lanzarote highlighted participatory heritage.
