On October 6, Jaime Gómez Triana, director of the Program of Studies on Original Cultures of America, will deliver a lecture titled ‘Una Casa para Abya Yala. El pensamiento indígena y la tarea descolonizadora en nuestra América.’

From October 12 to 16, the Haydee Santamaría Gallery will host the VII International Colloquium of Studies on Original Cultures of America, centered on the theme of original worldviews. The month’s programming will conclude between October 26 and 28 with a cycle on contemporary Caribbean migration organized by the institution’s Center for Caribbean Studies.
