Casa de Piedra police seize vehicle with active robbery warrant

Police in Casa de Piedra, La Pampa, seized a Chevrolet Onix during a routine vehicle control operation on National Route 152. The vehicle had an active warrant for its seizure issued on August 17, 2026, in connection with a qualified robbery case in the province of Río Negro.

The two occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody and placed at the disposal of the Río Negro Public Prosecutor's Office. The operation was conducted using the Pampa Seguridad Activa system, which allows law enforcement to perform real-time database queries to identify vehicles with judicial or administrative requirements.
