Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza unions demand urgent governance meeting

Representatives expressed frustration that critical decisions regarding the renewal of the Board of Directors and the confirmation of the general director were communicated via the press and social media rather than through direct consultation with worker representatives. While the unions stated they are not seeking co-management, they are demanding transparency, official communication, and respect for their role in the decision-making process of the major healthcare facility.
