Casablanca to host Talent & Hospitality Connect in 2026

The fourth edition of Talent & Hospitality Connect is scheduled for October 8, 2026, in Casablanca. Organized by Talent Advisor, the event focuses on recruitment within the hospitality, luxury, and customer experience sectors.

The forum arrives as Morocco experiences significant tourism growth, having surpassed 19.8 million visitors in 2025. The country aims to reach 26 million annual tourists by 2030, supported by preparations for the 2030 World Cup. This expansion is expected to drive demand for qualified professionals in hotels, restaurants, and luxury services.

The 2026 theme, ‘Luxury & Hospitality 2030: People, Purpose & AI – How to inspire and engage the new generation of talent?’, will address the integration of artificial intelligence alongside human engagement and the evolving expectations of younger workers. Organizers anticipate over 1,500 professionals, 30 partner brands, and 25 experts at the event.
