Brazil's CASACOR 2026 architecture exhibition expands to Balneário Camboriú and São Paulo

The Pericó Residence in Balneário Camboriú will serve as the venue for the CASACOR Santa Catarina exhibition from 7 June to 19 July 2026. The residential project, developed by Pioneira Empreendimentos, features a wine‑inspired façade and interior concept, highlighting the integration of architecture, design and lifestyle.

The CASACOR São Paulo edition runs from 2 June to 9 August 2026 at Parque da Água Branca, presenting 71 environments under the theme “Mind and Heart.” Organisers highlighted ten décor trends expected to influence Brazilian homes, including the use of native plants, organic‑shaped mirrors, vibrant ceiling paintings, straw‑based materials, extensive wood paneling, fabric‑covered walls and a resurgence of maximalist styling.

Both events showcase leading Brazilian architects and designers and aim to shape future residential aesthetics across the country.
