Casafari launches Model Context Protocol servers for property data
Casafari has released dedicated Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers for five of its property data products. This integration allows AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini CLI to query real-time, verified property data directly via OAuth 2.1 authentication.
The MCP servers provide access to Area Insights, Comparables, AgentGraph, and Claro. The data covers a property graph spanning 16 countries, including commercial real estate in selected US states via Claro AI. By using the open standard, AI clients can bypass the risks of hallucination associated with static training data, instead requesting real-time, deduplicated records detailing price changes and listing histories.
A free plan is available, offering 1,000 usage tokens for 30 days without requiring a payment card.
