Casarano implements organic urban decorum and maintenance plan

The administration in Casarano has introduced an organic plan for urban decorum, moving away from occasional interventions toward a structured approach. During a public meeting, officials outlined a new regulation designed to coordinate maintenance, urban renewal, and inspections.

The plan includes a “single text” on decorum that addresses issues such as waste abandonment, graffiti, illegal parking on sidewalks, and pet waste. Priorities for the initiative include the historic center, followed by suburban areas and main entry points to the city. While the municipality remains responsible for maintenance, the administration is calling for citizen cooperation and territorial oversight to improve the city's overall perception.
