Cascais leads Portugal's luxury property market with €4.35 million median prices

An analysis by the property portal Idealista reveals that Cascais contains some of Portugal's most expensive residential addresses. Rua das Faias in Cascais ranks as the most exclusive street in the country, with a median home price of €4.35 million.

The luxury real estate market is heavily concentrated along the Cascais-Estoril axis. Following Rua das Faias, Rua das Violetas in Cascais holds the second position with a median price of €4.3 million. Almancil also features prominently, with Urbanização Vale do Lobo at €4.25 million and Urbanização Fonte Algarve at €3.995 million.

Other notable high-value areas include Sintra (Rua Soto Maior at €3.9 million), Porto (Rua do Ouro at €3.69 million), and Lagos (Urbanização Quinta do Monte at €3.25 million). Outside the top ten, Madeira leads its respective regions with Rua João Paulo II in São Martinho reaching a median value of €1.5 million.
