Cascavel employer detained after machete attack on employee

An employer was detained by the Municipal Guard in Cascavel, Paraná, after attacking an employee with a machete on Friday morning. The incident occurred at a company located near the city's airport following a dispute regarding work routines.

The victim reported that the confrontation began when the employer complained about the employee's pace of work after the worker had briefly stepped away to get water. During the argument, the employer used a machete to strike the worker in the back, causing visible injuries.

Security agents arrived at the scene, contained both individuals, and seized the weapon. Both the aggressor and the victim were taken to the Cascavel Civil Police Station for legal proceedings.
