Caserta to host Phytochemical Society of Europe annual meeting

Caserta will host the annual meeting of the Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) from September 15 to 18, 2026. The event, titled ‘Phytochemistry for a Sustainable Future: Bridging Nature, Innovation, and Health’, will take place at the University of Campania Luigi Vanvitelli.

The congress will bring together international scholars to discuss topics including health, sustainability, functional foods, cosmetics, and artificial intelligence. The meeting is organized and chaired by professors Monica Scognamiglio and Antonio Fiorentino from the Department of Biological, Environmental, Pharmaceutical and Technological Sciences (DiSTABiF).

The scientific committee includes members of the PSE governing body, and the organizing committee features significant participation from PhD students and departmental students to facilitate direct engagement with the international scientific community.
