Casertana targets three signings to boost Serie C squad

Italian Serie C club Casertana is accelerating its transfer activity ahead of the new season. Sporting director Alessandro Degli Esposti is in advanced talks to bring three players to the team under coach Vinicio Espinal.

The targets are defender Antonio Ferrara, currently owned by Benevento, free‑agent midfielder Luca Garritano, who most recently played for Cosenza, and winger/defender Devid Bouah, a free agent after a spell at Carrarese. The club hopes to finalize the deals in the coming days to strengthen the defence, add creativity in midfield and increase depth on the right flank.

Casertana has also confirmed the permanent signing of midfielder Girelli from Sampdoria on a contract running to 2028, further bolstering its roster for the upcoming campaign.
