Cash Converters reaches 80 stores in Spain following sales growth

Cash Converters has reported gross sales of 85.8 million euros for the first half of the year, having acquired over one million products to promote a circular economy. The company is expanding its footprint in Spain, recently opening a new 50-square-meter store in the Baricentro shopping center in Barberà del Vallès.

This new location brings the company's total to 80 stores in Spain and 86 across the Iberian Peninsula, including six locations in Portugal. The expansion strategy focuses on growing its network of owned stores alongside its franchise model to increase market reach.

The company offers immediate purchase of used items and the sale of reviewed, guaranteed second-hand products, providing warranties of up to three years. Cash Converters originally entered the Spanish market in 1996 with its first store in Barcelona.
