Cash Money & No Limit Tour celebrates Southern hip-hop history

The Cash Money & No Limit Tour is set to bring a major era of Southern hip-hop history to audiences, with upcoming stops including Houston’s Toyota Center on September 11 and Raleigh’s Lenovo Center on September 19.

Representing two influential New Orleans-based movements, the tour features artists such as Birdman, Master P, Juvenile, Mannie Fresh, Silkk the Shocker, and Mia X, with Boosie BadAzz listed as a special guest. The tour celebrates the legacy of No Limit Records, which grew from a California record store into a massive entertainment empire, and Cash Money Records, both of which were instrumental in propelling Southern rap to national and global prominence during the late 1990s and early 2000s.

Fans can expect performances of classic tracks that defined the era, including hits by Big Tymers, Lil Wayne, and Master P, marking a reunion of the rival camps that shaped the genre.
