Caspin Resources reports high‑grade tin intersections at Kelpie, NSW

Caspin Resources (ASX:CPN) announced new drill results from the Kelpie deposit in its Bygoo tin project, New South Wales. Hole BRC061 returned 20 m at 1.79 % Sn, including a 3 m interval grading 9.32 % Sn, the highest individual metre grade recorded at Kelpie. Other holes delivered 7 m at 1.10 % Sn, 5 m at 1.39 % Sn and 14 m at 0.68 % Sn. These intersections extend the newly identified Errol’s Zone beyond the current inferred resource of 3.94 Mt at 0.50 % Sn (19,300 t contained tin).

Managing director Greg Miles said the results “included the highest individual metre grades ever drilled at the Kelpie Deposit, coming on the back of Caspin’s best‑ever drill intersection in BRC055.” He added that the high grades “demonstrate that the Kelpie Deposit, as currently defined, has significant growth potential” and could support both open‑pit and potentially underground mining. Resource estimation is slated to begin in September with an updated estimate expected later in the quarter.
