Cassano Magnago will host its first Festa del Vino from Friday, September 25, to Sunday, September 27, at the Maggiolone Social Park. The event features a three-day enogastronomic journey through the different regions of Italy, divided into North, Central, and South sections.
Visitors can participate in tastings guided by sommeliers who will provide information on various grape varieties and regional pairings. The culinary offerings include Northern specialties such as sciatt and pizzoccheri, Central Italian dishes like arrosticini and porchetta sandwiches, and Southern delicacies including panelle and pane ca meusa.
The event will take place within a 1,600-square-meter covered structure to ensure activities continue regardless of weather. Admission is free, and attendees will receive a personalized plastic glass upon entry. Tastings and food can be purchased using tokens priced at 2 euros each. The festival will also include live music and entertainment throughout the weekend.
