Sean “Diddy” Combs hit with multiple sexual‑exploitation lawsuits as Cassie moves abroad

Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently serving a 50‑month prison sentence after a 2025 federal conviction for transporting individuals for prostitution, is facing several new civil actions. A former child actor, filing as John Doe, alleges that Combs sexually assaulted him at a 2007 Hollywood Hills networking party and is suing the rapper and several agents for unspecified damages. Combs’s representatives have called the claim “false and ridiculous.”

Former male escort Clayton Howard has also filed a federal lawsuit in California naming both Combs and singer Cassie Ventura, alleging years of sexual exploitation, trafficking and abuse tied to the rapper’s “freak‑off” parties. Howard has issued video responses defending his case and accusing Ventura of misleading testimony from her 2025 criminal trial. Ventura, who testified against Combs, has filed a motion to transfer Howard’s suit from California to New York and disclosed that she now lives outside the United States and has no intention of returning.

All parties deny the allegations, and the lawsuits remain pending while the criminal case against Combs continues to attract public attention.
