Cassino hosts third edition of International Peace City awards

The third edition of the International “Cassino Città per la Pace” award ceremony was held at the Banca Popolare del Cassinate in Cassino. The award, promoted by the Cassino Città per la Pace Association, recognizes individuals, institutions, and entities that contribute to the culture of peace, memory, legality, and solidarity.

The ceremony included participation from various regional and local officials, including the Prefect of Frosinone, the President of the Lazio Regional Council, and the Mayor of Cassino. Special recognition was given to Marino Fardelli, the Ombudsman of the Lazio Region, who conceived the international award in 2020.
