Cast of ‘kiDnap GAME’ hold multilingual world premiere in Tokyo

Actors Kentaro Sakaguchi, Lee Joon-gi, Sae Okazaki, and Shinnosuke Mitsushima attended the world premiere of the international co-production drama ‘kiDnap GAME’ in Odaiba, Tokyo. The event reflected the series' multilingual nature, featuring cast members from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, and Thailand, which necessitated a large team of interpreters to facilitate greetings in various languages.

During the presentation, Sakaguchi noted that his first scenes filmed in South Korea were conducted almost entirely in English. Lee Joon-gi, who plays a mysterious doctor, discussed his character's dual nature and shared lighthearted moments regarding his role. The production, directed by Yusuke Kato, involved over 1,000 staff members and filming across seven different cities to achieve its large-scale international scope.
