Andria and Naples host major cultural festivals and theatrical seasons

Various cultural festivals and theatrical seasons are launching across Italy. In Andria, the 30th edition of the Castel dei Mondi International Festival features several highlights, including the national premiere of ‘Farinelli / La voce che resta’ directed by Marialuisa Bafunno. This immersive concert explores the life and identity of the famous singer Carlo Broschi. The festival also includes workshops by Teatro delle Bambole and performances by Zurrunka Teatro.

Naples is hosting several major cultural initiatives. The ‘È grande essere piccoli’ series, supported by the municipality’s ‘Napoli Cultura 2026’ plan, offers multidisciplinary theater, music, and circus events for families through October. Additionally, the ‘Sguardi di Donna’ film festival focuses on female identity and resilience, running through October at the Chiostro dell’ISIS Alfonso Casanova.

Other notable events include the ‘Napoli nel cuore’ musical and theatrical showcase at the Auditorium Parco della Musica and the announcement of the 2026/27 season for the Politeama di Napoli, which features performances by Massimo Ranieri and Gianfranco Gallo.
