Castelló approves 5.46 million euro home care contract

The Castelló Local Government Board has approved a contract for Home Care Services (SAD) with a maximum budget of 5,463,850 euros for a three-year period. The contract will follow an open award procedure.

Additionally, the board approved 268,270 euros in subsidies for 40 social service entities to support projects for 2026. These projects focus on basic needs, family and minor support, social inclusion, and combating loneliness. Other approved measures include granting a construction license for 95 homes on Riu Pisuerga Street and the acquisition of seven vehicles for municipalities affected by the DANA weather event.
