Castellalto council members form new group ‘Castellalto Bene Comune’

A new council group named ‘Castellalto Bene Comune’ has been formed in Castellalto. Led by Lina Gramenzi, the group includes Sara Picone and Domenico Saccomand.

The group was established in response to what members describe as unacceptable political behavior, including arrogance and the influence of individuals without a popular mandate who allegedly dictate the political agenda from behind the scenes. Members expressed dissatisfaction with a communication style that they claim favors specific individuals at the expense of others, effectively obscuring the role of the Mayor and other elected officials.

The new group aims to act in the interest of the community and move away from what they characterize as power being treated as a privilege for a select few. They have pledged to provide transparency to citizens regarding the identities of those influencing political discourse through social media.
