Castelli to supply Tour de France jerseys starting 2027

Italian cycling brand Castelli has signed a six-year agreement with Amaury Sport Organisation (ASO) to become the official technical apparel provider starting in 2027. The partnership marks a return to the Tour de France for the brand, which last produced the iconic Maillot Jaune (Yellow Jersey) between 1989 and 1994.

Under the new deal, Castelli will replace Santini to design and manufacture leader jerseys for 27 different ASO and Unipublic events. This includes major professional races such as the Tour de France, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift, La Vuelta, and Paris-Nice, as well as amateur cycling events like L’Étape du Tour and the Paris-Roubaix Challenge.

The new designs for the 2027 Tour de France and the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift are scheduled to be unveiled in Paris on October 22, 2026.
