Castellini Holding and MFE report significant financial results

Castellini Holding, headquartered in Cazzago San Martino, reported consolidated revenue exceeding 48 million euros for 2025, doubling its profits compared to the previous year. This growth follows a period of reorganization and expansion through the acquisitions of LLS Titanium and Carbon-Ti in August 2024, as well as the acquisition of Lazzari. The group's activities span the steel sector, mechanical processing, and the production of precision components using titanium and advanced alloys.

MFE-MEDIAFOREUROPE reported financial results for the first half of 2026 that exceeded expectations despite a complex European media market. Consolidated revenues reached 2,951.4 million euros, with an adjusted operating result of 145.7 million euros and an adjusted net result of 50.5 million euros. Group CEO Pier Silvio Berlusconi noted that while revenues decreased from the 2025 pro forma level due to advertising market weakness and the impact of the FIFA World Cup, the company's profitability and efficiency improved following the full consolidation of ProSiebenSat.1.
