Castellón Water Consortium approves 6.16 million euro budget for 2027
The Provincial Water Consortium of Castellón has approved a budget of 6.16 million euros for 2027. This funding aims to strengthen water supply services and invest in strategic hydraulic infrastructure. Key investments include 300,000 euros for infrastructure replacement and 1 million euros dedicated to the Pedrizas water treatment and purification plant project.
In the Valencia region, the Generalitat has authorized the bidding process for two new industrialized housing buildings in Carcaixent and Silla. With an estimated investment exceeding 25 million euros, the project will provide 88 protected homes for affordable rent. This initiative is part of the VIVE Dana Plan, designed to accelerate the expansion of public housing and assist in reconstruction efforts following the devastating floods that affected the province of Valencia in October 2024.
