Castellón families warn of school disruptions amid teacher protests

Families in Castellón are expressing concern regarding the start of the new school year due to ongoing tensions between the Ministry of Education and teachers' unions. The federation LaFampa Castelló Penyagolosa reported that no progress was made during the summer months to resolve existing conflicts.

Representatives from the federation warned that the lack of negotiation could lead to a repeat of last year’s situation, where indefinite strikes forced schools to operate with minimum services. A new demonstration is scheduled for September 12 as part of continued mobilizations.
