Castello di Monteregio in Massa Marittima returns to market

The Castello di Monteregio, a medieval complex located in Massa Marittima, Tuscany, has been placed back on the market through a private negotiation procedure. The property is owned by Asl Toscana Sud Est, which recently decided to restart the sale process following a previous suspension.

The historical site covers a territorial area of 6,101 square meters with a total gross floor area of 1,500 square meters. Although the complex previously hosted services for the local health authority, it has remained unused for some time and requires renovation.

The sale is being conducted in collaboration with the Municipality of Massa Marittima, with the shared goal of recovering and valorizing the monumental complex to turn it into a driver for local development. The property offers various potential uses for new investment scenarios.
