Castilla-La Mancha allocates 34.7 million euros for vocational training
The Government of Castilla-La Mancha is finalizing a provisional resolution for a 34.7 million euro vocational training program aimed at unemployed individuals. The initiative, categorized as Modality II of Vocational Training in the Labor Field, is expected to cover more than 600 training actions and involve approximately 10,000 unemployed people across the region.
Marta Roldán, the Director General of Vocational Training in the Labor Field, announced the progress during a visit to a sociosanitary care course in Arcas del Villar. This specific course, supported by a regional investment of nearly 42,000 euros in collaboration with AMIAB, is currently training 13 individuals to obtain professional certificates in care for dependent persons in social institutions.
The regional executive expects the resolution for this year's call to be published following the summer period. Additionally, officials visited ongoing works for a new Employment Office and Training Center in Cuenca, representing a joint investment of 2.8 million euros.
