Castilla-La Mancha announces 2027 performing arts circuit

The Government of Castilla-La Mancha will publish the resolution for the adhesion of shows to the Performing and Musical Arts Network for the ‘2027 Circuit’ on Monday, August 24. This initiative aims to allow municipalities within the region to integrate professional performing arts proposals from various disciplines into their local cultural programming.

The circuit is scheduled to run from January 7, 2027, to January 6, 2028. The application period for companies will be open from August 25 to September 7. Companies based in Castilla-La Mancha may submit two proposals, while those from outside the region are permitted to submit one.

Vice-counselor of Culture and Sports, Carmen Teresa Olmedo, announced the details during the inauguration of the 52nd Lazarillo International Contemporary Theatre Festival. She emphasized that the network serves as a vital tool for bringing culture to the entire regional territory and supporting professional companies based on artistic quality, innovation, and social impact.
