Castilla-La Mancha filmmakers to participate in Sitges Film Festival

The Government of Castilla-La Mancha is supporting regional audiovisual talent at the Sitges Film Festival. Three young filmmakers from the region—Sara Durán Santiago, Javier Freixo, and Luis Casanova—will present their works in the festival's official section.

The supported films include ‘Dentro de mí’, ‘La Plaza Vacía’, and ‘Pesadilla de Cerámica’. The regional government is covering travel, accommodation, and maintenance expenses to allow the directors to attend the screenings and engage with professional opportunities. Additionally, 11 other audiovisual proposals from the region will be showcased on October 16 within the ‘HCLM-Hecho en Castilla-La Mancha’ block of the Brigadoon section.
