Castilla-La Mancha schedules 250 cultural performances for August‑September 2026

The regional government of Castilla‑La Mancha has programmed roughly 250 performances for August and September 2026 within its Red de Artes Escénicas y Musicales. The plan covers two seasonal circuits: ‘Circuito 2026’, which in August will feature 97 shows from 51 companies across 70 municipalities and in September 16 shows from 14 companies in 16 municipalities; and ‘Otoño 2026’, which in August will present 90 shows from 40 companies in 48 municipalities and in September 45 shows from 33 companies across 45 municipalities. In total, 187 performances will occur in August, reaching 118 municipalities, and 61 in September, extending cultural access to hundreds of towns and villages throughout the region. The programme underscores the Junta’s commitment to decentralising culture and making theatre, dance and music accessible to all residents.
