Castilla-La Mancha to announce 2026 public employment offer

The regional government of Castilla-La Mancha has announced plans to approve the 2026 Public Employment Offer before the end of the year. This initiative will include reserved positions for individuals with intellectual disabilities within the Education and Health sectors, covering both civil servant and labor staff roles.

Juan Alfonso Ruiz Molina, the Counselor for Finance, Public Administrations, and Digital Transformation, noted that 44 positions for people with intellectual disabilities will be convened for the General Administration, spanning the 2025 and 2026 offers. This follows the successful allocation of 46 positions to this group in 2023 and 2024. Currently, 183 public employees with intellectual disabilities work in the regional administration after completing adapted selection processes.
