Castilla-La Mancha to build new school in Tarancón

Emiliano García-Page, the president of Castilla-La Mancha, has announced plans to build a third school in Tarancón to meet growing demographic and economic demand. The regional government is also moving forward with the awarding of a new water treatment plant in Tarancón, representing a 10 million euro investment.

Additionally, the regional administration is expanding tax deductions to support families at the start of the school year. These measures include increasing the eligibility base for existing aid by 25% and creating a new deduction for families caring for students with a disability greater than 65%.

During an event at the inauguration of the ‘Virgen de la Loma’ elderly residence, which provides 80 new residential places, García-Page emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring financial constraints do not prevent access to essential services.
