Castilla y León announces support plan for large families

Carlos Pollán, the First Vice President and Counselor of Deregulation, Family, and Social Aid for Castilla y León, has outlined a four-year strategic plan focused on supporting large families. Following a meeting with the Federation of Large Families of Castilla y León, which represents approximately 34,000 official titles in the region, the government detailed three primary pillars of intervention.

The strategy includes providing direct economic incentives to reduce the costs associated with child-rearing, implementing measures to improve work-life balance through organizational flexibility, and enhancing family mediation and prevention programs to resolve internal conflicts.
