Castorama to anchor Grupa Saller's new shopping park in Kutno, opening 2027

Grupa Saller is constructing the third phase of its retail complex in Kutno, Poland. The new stage adds nearly 15,000 m² of gross leasable area, bringing the total size of the park to about 24,000 m². The development is scheduled to open in the spring of 2027.

The main anchor tenant will be the home‑improvement retailer Castorama. Confirmed co‑tenants include shoe retailer Deichmann, cosmetics chain Hebe and convenience store Żabka, with additional fashion, footwear, home‑decor and service outlets planned. The site is located on Żwirki i Wigury street, opposite major grocery stores such as Biedronka, Kaufland and Carrefour, and will feature ample parking and pedestrian access.

Local officials expect the park to boost Kutno’s commercial appeal, create new jobs and support further development of the city’s central district.
