Castrop-Rauxel to launch annual leaf collection campaign

The EUV Stadtbetrieb in Castrop-Rauxel is launching its annual leaf collection campaign starting in mid-October. From October 12 to November 21, thirteen specific locations across the city will host specialized containers for residents to dispose of autumn leaves fallen from municipal trees.

These containers are strictly for fallen leaves from city trees found on sidewalks and in front gardens. Other garden waste, green cuttings, or packaging materials are prohibited, and residents are required to take their leaf bags with them after emptying the contents.
